We have provided this Privacy Policy as an explanation of the information we collect, how we use it, and how the use of this information can benefit your experience on our web site and during your relationship with us. This Privacy Policy applies only to PH TOWERS BY WESTGATE and web sites owned or operated by PH TOWERS BY WESTGATE and/or its subsidiaries (the PH TOWERS BY WESTGATE Web Sites).

This Privacy Policy does not apply to other resorts and services and their web sites including, but not limited t PLANET HOLLYWOOD RESORT & CASINO and PLANET HOLLYWOOD TOWERS BY WESTGATE Vacations. This Privacy Policy applies to Personal Information (as defined below) collected by PH TOWERS BY WESTGATE and the PH TOWERS BY WESTGATE Web Sites.

A Special Notice about Children
Children [persons under the age of twenty-one (21)] are not permitted to gamble in casinos, loiter in gaming areas, or drink alcoholic beverages at any PH TOWERS BY WESTGATE resort. In addition, children may not be permitted to attend certain entertainment or enter into contractual relationships with PH TOWERS BY WESTGATE in certain states. If you are under the age of 21, we ask that you do not gamble or loiter in the gaming areas, drink alcoholic beverages, attend inappropriate entertainment, or enter into contracts that you are not legally permitted to enter, and that you do not provide any Personal Information to us.

I. Personal Information We Collect About You
Personal Information is information through which you can be identified. Personal Information that PH TOWERS BY WESTGATE may collect from you directly or through Strategic Partners (see below), includes but is not limited to your name, date of birth, postal address(es), e-mail address(es), telephone number(s), fax number, gender, credit card information, driver's license number and state, social security number, passport information, naturalization information, purchase and reservation information, gaming activity (if applicable), and other information that you voluntarily provide; it may also include live video feed if you visit our public entertainment facilities. This Personal Information is collected by email, through mail-in forms, through online and on-site applications you complete, and through your activities with PH TOWERS BY WESTGATE. PH TOWERS BY WESTGATE only collects Personal Information that you voluntarily provide to us or voluntarily provide to Strategic Partners who share that information with us. The Personal Information that PH TOWERS BY WESTGATE collects through the PH TOWERS BY WESTGATE resorts, through the PH TOWERS BY WESTGATE Web Sites, or obtains from its Strategic Partners depends on the nature of your activities, including, but not limited to whether you make reservations, sign the guestbook, apply for a job, purchase show tickets or merchandise, register to receive promotional information, plan a meeting, etc.

General Information
General Information is information about you or your activities through which you cannot be identified. When you use the Internet, your web browser or client software may transmit certain information to the servers that host the web sites you visit. The information may include the unique number assigned to your server or Internet connection, the capabilities and features of your computer, your geographic location, and your movement within and interaction with the web site including what pages you look at and what information you download. When you visit PH TOWERS BY WESTGATE Web Sites, PH TOWERS BY WESTGATE servers collect such general information. PH TOWERS BY WESTGATE uses this general information to generate aggregate statistics about visitors to PH TOWERS BY WESTGATE Web Sites. In situations where it is possible to do so, General Information may be linked to Personal Information.

Cookies

II. How We Use The Information We Collect
Certain transactions and services offered while visiting PH TOWERS BY WESTGATE may be processed or provided by Strategic Partners (collectively, Strategic Partners) under contract with PH TOWERS BY WESTGATE, even though it may appear that you may not have left the PH TOWERS BY WESTGATE Web Sites or the PH TOWERS BY WESTGATE resorts. Personal Information and General Information obtained by PH TOWERS BY WESTGATE may be shared with Strategic Partners who are under an obligation to PH TOWERS BY WESTGATE to use reasonable care to keep Personal Information confidential. Personal Information and General Information obtained by Strategic Partners may be shared with PH TOWERS BY WESTGATE, which will use such General Information and Personal Information in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy. PH TOWERS BY WESTGATE and its Strategic Partners may use the information collected by us or our Strategic Partners: (1) to respond to your inquiries; (2) for marketing purposes, including, but not limited to, notifying you of special promotions, offers and events (including promotions and offers through our Strategic Partners), additionally, live video feed from visitors to our public entertainment facilities may be used to promote these facilities on the PH TOWERS BY WESTGATE Web Sites; (3) to process and fulfill reservations and make a record of reservations; (4) to process and fulfill purchases and make a record of purchases; (5) to enable us to contact you for confirmation or customer service after reservations and purchases are made or after you sign up for or participate in certain activities; (6) to respond to inquiries, complaints and other communications; (7) to cross-reference with other Personal Information that we have acquired about you or may acquire about you through other sources; (8) for profiling or demographic purposes; and (9) for purposes of tracking reservations and corresponding hotel stays generated through PH TOWERS BY WESTGATE's affiliate program and calculating and auditing commissions that may be paid in relation to the hotel stay.

PH TOWERS BY WESTGATE reserves the right to transfer your Personal Information to a third party in the event of a transfer of all or substantially all of PH TOWERS BY WESTGATE's assets to a third party, provided that the third party agrees to adhere to the terms of this Privacy Policy. Likewise, each PH TOWERS BY WESTGATE resort reserves the right to transfer your Personal Information relevant to that resort to a third party in the event of a transfer of all or substantially all of that PH TOWERS BY WESTGATE resort's assets to a third party, provided that the third party agrees to adhere to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to information collected by Strategic Partners, except that PH TOWERS BY WESTGATE will treat information it receives about you from Strategic Partners in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy. PH TOWERS BY WESTGATE does not have any control over how Strategic Partners use information they collect about you, except that PH TOWERS BY WESTGATE has obligated its Strategic Partners to use reasonable care to keep confidential the Personal Information they receive from PH TOWERS BY WESTGATE. To determine the privacy policy applicable to information collected by these Strategic Partners, please consult the privacy policies of the Strategic Partners.

III. Disclosure Of Information We Collect
Except as provided in this Privacy Policy (see How We Use Your Personal Information above), PH TOWERS BY WESTGATE will not sell, trade, or disclose to third parties any Personal Information obtained through PH TOWERS BY WESTGATE or obtained from Strategic Partners, without your consent. PH TOWERS BY WESTGATE may disclose Personal Information: (1) to comply with a court order, subpoena, search warrant or other legal process; (2) to comply with legal, regulatory or administrative requirements of any governmental authorities; (3) to protect and defend PH TOWERS BY WESTGATE, its subsidiaries and affiliates, and all of their officers, directors, employees, attorneys, agents, contractors, and partners, in connection with any legal action, claim or dispute; (4) to enforce the terms of use of PH TOWERS BY WESTGATE Web Sites; (5) to prevent imminent physical harm; (6) to businesses that PH TOWERS BY WESTGATE may use for purposes of performing functions on behalf of PH TOWERS BY WESTGATE, such as companies that process credit card transactions; (7) in connection with the sale, assignment, or transfer of any PH TOWERS BY WESTGATE resort or PH TOWERS BY WESTGATE Web Site; and (8) to Strategic Partners and affiliates of PH TOWERS BY WESTGATE for purposes of tracking reservations and corresponding hotel stays generated through PH TOWERS BY WESTGATE's affiliate program managed by Strategic Partners and calculating and auditing commissions that may be paid in relation to the hotel stay.

VI. Security
General Information and Personal Information collected by PH TOWERS BY WESTGATE is stored on secure servers. The secure servers are protected by firewalls and other standard security procedures. The secure servers are not generally accessible by unauthorized third parties, but could become accessible in the event of a security breach. No security system is impenetrable. At PH TOWERS BY WESTGATE, our staff is required to take reasonable measures to ensure that unauthorized third parties do not view your Personal Information.

PH TOWERS BY WESTGATE has no control over the security of the computers or other electronic devices and means you use to send emails and submit information to PH TOWERS BY WESTGATE over the Internet. Therefore, PH TOWERS BY WESTGATE is not responsible for the disclosure or interception of your information before PH TOWERS BY WESTGATE receives it.

VII. Changes to this Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy was last revised on May 12, 2009. PH TOWERS BY WESTGATE reserves the right to change, modify or amend this Privacy Policy at any time without notice. When the Privacy Policy is changed, modified and/or amended, the revised Privacy Policy will be available at PH TOWERS BY WESTGATE resorts and will be posted on the PH TOWERS BY WESTGATE Web Sites. Any revised Privacy Policy will only apply prospectively to Personal Information collected or modified after the effective date of the revised policy. Customers are responsible for periodically checking the Privacy Policy available at PH TOWERS BY WESTGATE resorts and the PH TOWERS BY WESTGATE Web Sites for changes, and are encouraged to bookmark the Web Sites to check for updates and take or print out copies of the Privacy Policy for their records.
